Our Refund Policy

  1. QuranHost offers a refund of the whole amount of Online Quran Learning Fee if the student withdraws before the start of the month. But once the classes are confirmed and the student took one class or remained absent without any notice to Admin, then the refund is not entertained.
  2. If any student wants to stop the Online Quran Classes, he/she has to inform QuranHost through our office email before starting of the month. But if he didn’t inform before starting the month, he has to pay the full monthly fee.
  3. If any student wants to get a leave for a month or more, he/she has to inform us before starting the month through official Email, otherwise, the monthly fee would be charged for the full month.

There is no refund for public holidays and for absentees without any prior notice.

Eligiblity for Refund

Trial Period

  • Users are eligible for a full refund within seven days of starting the program. This allows new users to evaluate our services during the trial period. However, after the trial period is over, the fee cannot be refunded.
  • The refund does not apply to students who have previously used any trial class and did not enroll in the course.

Service Dissatisfaction

  • If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of our services within the first 30 days of enrollment, they may be eligible for a partial refund. However, a valid reason must be communicated first.  Our team will review the request for its authentication.

Technical Issues

  • Refunds may be considered if there are persistent technical issues that hinder the user’s ability to access and benefit from our services.

Cancellation of Services

  • Users who choose to cancel their enrollment in the program within the first 30 days may be eligible for a partial refund. After 30 days, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

Conditions for Refund Denial

Violation of Terms of Service

  • Refunds will not be granted if the user is found to violate the Quran Host Terms of Service.

Incomplete Courses

  • Users who have completed a substantial portion of the course material may not be eligible for a refund.

Abuse of Refund Policy

  • Quran Host reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the refund policy.
